Community Residential Services
The residences, located in Acton, Andover, Arlington, Bedford, Billerica, Braintree,  Bridgewater, Brighton, Brockton, Brookline, Burlington, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Dedham, Dorchester, Easton, Hyde Park, Lexington, Littleton, Lowell, Lynnfield, Maynard, Middleton, Newton, Peabody, Randolph, Roslindale, Stoughton, Watertown, Westborough, and Weymouth, consist of a small number (3-8) of individuals and a high staff ratio. Full and part time positions and a variety of schedules available.

  • RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - starting pay, $11.29/hr plus benefits! Entry level professional positions. Responsibilities include direct care as well as development and implementation of individual support plans. Hours run primarily 3pm-11pm with a 14 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday. Degree preferred and valid driver's license required. Full time position available in: Acton,  Bedford, Brookline,  Danvers and Lowell. Part time position available in: Andover,  Arlington, Burlington, Chelmsford,  Lexington,  Lowell, Maynard, Newton, Weymouth and Westborough.
     

  • RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR - A management position overseeing 6-7 residential service locations. Strong supervisory, administrative and clinical skills mandatory. Other qualifications include experience in residential settings and with adults who have developmental disabilities. A minimum of a BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field preferred. Valid drivers license and vehicle required. Position available in the North Shore area.

  • RESIDENTIAL MANAGER - Management position with some direct care responsibilities. Accountable for daily operation of the residence. Some of the duties include, staff supervision, ISP implementation and financial management. Driver's license and vehicle required. Position available in  Andover, Bedford, Burlington, Lexington, Littleton, Lowell,  Newton, Roslindale or Weymouth.

  • RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - NIGHT - starting pay $8.42/hr for asleep overnights and $9.40/hr for awake overnights, plus benefits! Entry level professional positions. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of the individuals all night and assisting in morning routines. Hours run 11pm-9am. Full and Part time positions available in:   Acton, Burlington, Danvers, Lexington and Lowell.

    Day/Vocational Training Services

    Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).

    PROGRAM MANAGER - Position available at the Watertown Day Program. Maintain a quality day program which includes coordinating administrative, staffing, programmatic, and program policies. Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Minimum BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field and three years’ experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives and goals, and supervision. Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required. Must possess good writing and oral skills to effectively communicate individuals’ needs and objectives as well as providing training and supervision to staff.
     

    SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Position available at the Billerica Day Program. A BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS. A minimum of one years’ experience providing services to individuals who have developmental disabilities. Strong oral and written skills to communicate individuals needs to staff are a must. Direct care, lifting individuals, passive restraints and hand-over-hand assistance is mandatory. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.
     

    DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - $11.29/hr. A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. At least one year experience necessary. Full time position available at the Hudson or Watertown Day Hab. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.
     

    ARTISAN - $11.29/ hr. Position available at ETC located in Hyde Park. Work directly with adults who have developmental disabilities. Work the individuals on developing and producing art works and professional crafts for the gift store. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities preferred. Experience with art, painting, drawing or professional craft making required. BA/BS preferred. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

    STRATTUS Behavioral Health Clinic

  • BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPISTS - Seeking new and soon to be master's level graduates for counseling positions with STRATTUS. Provide outpatient psychotherapy to clients on an outreach basis in the Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Malden, Revere, Wakefield and surrounding areas. Weekly clinical supervision is provided by senior staff. Immediate openings for competitive fee-for-service positions. Salaried positions with benefits are also negotiable.     TILL's family based programs are designed to provide care, skills training, recreation, and support to children, adults and elders with special needs, who live at home in the following areas: Greater Boston, South Shore, North Shore, Metro West and New Hampshire.

     

  • LIVE-IN - LIVE RENT FREE! Opening in Lexington. Provide evening assistance with meal prep, ADL's, social/recreational activities. Free room and some additional compensation in exchange for assisting with daily tasks. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities required.   •  SPRINGBOARD GROUP LEADER - Springboard is currently seeking group leaders to run an adult or teen group. Facilitate recreational, social and educational activities for a group of individuals with learning disabilities or Asperger’s Syndrome. Sessions meet 2-3 times per month. $50/session.The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years human service work experience. BA/BS or Master’s preferred.   • AUTISM SUPPORT MANAGER -  Full time position available. Responsible for Support Center oversight and operation in the Metro Boston area. Provide supports at sites in Hyde Park and Chelsea. Develop and implement off site activities and programs. BA/BS required, MA preferred. Extensive knowledge/experience with autism spectrum and behavioral background mandatory. Flexibility and creativity necessary. Driver’s license and vehicle required.

  • ABA THERAPIST - Part time evening and weekend positions. Provide in-home 1:1 teaching to children with autism/PDD. Positions available in Boston or Ipswich.   • BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT THERAPIST - Part time consultant position in the North Shore, Lowell and/or Merrimack Valley area. Asses, develop a focused behavior plan and work with a team to provide services to children under the age of 21. The qualified candidate must be a Masters Level Clinician or Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Flexible day or evening hours. Experience writing behavior plans required.

  • PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Seeking  part time PT to provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities at out  Chelsea Day Habilitation Program. Driver's license and vehicle required. A BA/BS in Physical Therapy and state registration required.
     

  • LPN - Part time position available in Newton. Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm. Monitor chronic and episodic health care and assess acute conditions in coordination with the individuals' other health care providers and program staff. Must maintain a current LPN licensure in MA. Exp. working within the field of developmental disabilities or mental health preferred. Driver's license and vehicle required.
     

  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - Seeking a part time OT to provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities at our Chelsea Day Habilitation Program. Driver's license and vehicle required. A BA/BS in Occupational Therapy and state registration required.
     

  • SPEECH THERAPIST - Seeking a part time SLP to provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities at our Hudson Day Habilitation Program. Driver's license and vehicle required. A BA/BS in Speech Therapy and state registration required.
     

  • THERAPEUTIC ASSISTANT - Part time Therapeutic Assistant position available at our  Watertown Day Habilitation Program. A minimum of an Associates Degree and a current PTA or COTA license required. Experience with developmental disabilities preferred. Driver’s license and vehicle required. Monday-Friday.

    Recreation/After School

    Therapeutic Recreation and After School Services are provided by TILL, Inc. throughout Greater Boston, the South Shore and Metro West areas based on the belief that recreation and leisure are a necessary and integral part of a person's growth and development as an individual and as part of society. The goal of all services is to encourage learning which will increase the participants' level of independence as applied to recreation and leisure pursuits.

    Food Service Opportunities

    Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including,  several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas we serve include  Beverly, Chelsea and Hyde Park.

    FOOD SERVICE MANAGER – Seeking a Manager to run ETC located in Chelsea. Be responsible for all aspects of operating a café. Catering responsibilities for daily contacts. Supervise staff and work with individuals with disabilities as part of a training center. Knowledge of food costs, productions and aesthetics of food mandatory. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities necessary. Must be Serve Safe certified. Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm.  Driver’s license and vehicle required. $15/hr.     FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT – Position available at ETC in Chelsea. Operate register, take food orders, assist with food prep, and make local deliveries. Strong customer service and food prep/skills required. Mon-Fri 8am-1pm. $9.50/hr with benefits! Driver’s license and vehicle required.

    FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT – position available at ETC located in Hyde Park. Unique opportunity to work in a culinary program for individuals with developmental disabilities. Assist with preparing and packaging foods to deliver to schools. Team player, good communication skills, ability to work quickly and under pressure necessary. Mon-Fri 7am-3pm. $10/hr with benefits!
