TILL's wide range of housing options, from structured, small group living with 24/7 staffing supports to individualized supports, focuses on providing just the right amount of assistance needed to maintain independence.

Group Residences

TILL’s group residences offer 24-hour staffing support, with medical and behavioral oversight, training/assistance with personal care and independent living skills as determined by the Individual Support Plan. Services are typically funded through DDS or private arrangements. Residential services under the ABI/MFP Waiver provides an opportunity for an individual with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) to live in their own home in their community.

Each TILL residence is truly a home, where we emphasize connection to community. Outings, social and recreational activities among TILL’s residences encourage participation and engagement in the communities we call home.

Shared Living

Shared Living is an arrangement in which an individual shares a home with a trained Care Provider who provides the needed supports. TILL recruits and trains caring, responsible Care Providers, and works together to match individual's needs and interests with those of the family. This is a dynamic process, involving the individual, the family, TILL, and the referral source.

Creative Living Options (CLO)

Creative Living Options (CLO) combines residential, companion and individual support staff to provide the level of support needed. In some cases, a live-in companion provides the "invisible net of support" which is so valuable for growth.
