Open your home to an adult with intellectual disabilities. Be part of a support team that assists the individual in living, working, learning, and socializing in the local community. Provide a supportive environment that helps the individual thrive in daily life and increase independence.
Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of vehicle liability insurance.
The following will be conducted prior to employment: Driving Record, Criminal Background, BEAS, CORI, and DCYF.
Locations: Amherst, Auburn, Candia, Dover, Durham, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Londonderry, Manchester, Merrimack, Milford, Nashua, Portsmouth, Rochester, and surrounding communities.
