DIRECTOR OF DAY & VOCATIONAL SERVICES - This position is responsible for the implementation and oversight of excellent quality day services which are in keeping with TILL's philosophy of active participation for all individuals. TILL Day Services includes Day Habilitation, TILL Centrals, Vocational Services, Employment Training and Entrepreneurial Businesses operating
in multiple locations. The following is a list of the main responsibilities. TILL prides itself on its individualized unique day services which are dynamic and in keeping with individuals’ changing needs. Since TILL operates entrepreneurial businesses, this role has an excellent opportunity to integrate vocational training and skill development in its entrepreneurial businesses and farm program. This position reports to the Vice President of Program Services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum BA/BS in human services, psychology or related field; Masters’ degree preferred. Minimum of ten years’ experience in administration, hiring, supervision and management. Day and/or Vocational Services experience required. Knowledge of funding sources. CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment. Must possess good written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills and proven initiative. Valid drivers’ license and car are required.
