Marketing Specialist
TILL, Inc. has an immediate opening for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Communication team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a highly organized self-starter skilled in digital communication.
Raise awareness about TILL’s mission and unique programs and projects. As part of the marketing and communication team, you will be part of implementing internal and external communication strategies to promote TILL and its affiliate RewardingWork.org, the specialized online directory connecting people with disabilities to qualified care workers.
Essential job functions include identifying and outreaching to target audiences through digital channels, email marketing and direct mail, and collaborating on content creation. Update web content on a regular basis using a user-friendly CMS, with training provided. Proficiency with Constant Contact, Canva and Microsoft Office and Google Analytics. This position is full-time and based in our Dedham office. Some travel to attend college and job fairs is required.
Hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
Qualifications:
Eagerness to learn
Organized, personable, outgoing, resourceful and self-initiating
Effective project and time management skills to efficiently prioritize projects by deadline
Digital communication skills and experience with various online platforms
Strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
BA preferred, with two years of relevant work experience or lengthier proven relevant work experience
